Sustainability and Social Responsibility (CSR) are becoming increasingly important for companies — not only as part of their corporate strategy but also as an expectation from employees, customers, and partners. HR plays a central role in this: HR not only shapes corporate culture but can also significantly contribute to the implementation of sustainable strategies.

Sustainable HR Policy

A sustainable HR strategy begins with fair working conditions and long-term employee retention. Flexible working models like remote work and flextime not only contribute to work-life balance but also reduce the ecological footprint. Paperless HR processes — from digital applications to electronic signatures — save resources and make HR workflows more efficient. Clear communication about goals, actions, and successes in CSR helps foster credibility and commitment.
