Benefit credit incorrectly allocated - what to do?

At HelloBonnie, we have to comply with certain tax regulations to ensure that your benefits remain exempt from income tax and social security contributions. Once allocated, credit cannot therefore be exchanged between Benefit Spaces at will, but must also be used for this purpose.

If you have inadvertently allocated credit to the wrong Benefit Space, please contact support@hellobonnie.de. We will try to find a solution.
