You can use the HelloBonnie smartcard both at the card terminal and in the online checkout. You decide where you want to use your monthly credit. In the region of your choice, you can use the smartcard at any card terminal that accepts Mastercard, while with the brands you can use the card anywhere online, in apps or in the stores of the respective brands.

And best of all: you can choose where to spend your Benefit Budget every month. You can find more information and an overview of all brands in our Benefit Spaces.

You can simply use your HelloBonnie smart card like a normal credit card. Store it as a means of payment in the app of your chosen brand or pay directly online at the checkout. Payment is also possible with Apple Pay / Google Pay.

Once your company has introduced HelloBonnie, you will receive a registration link via email. After successful registration, you can access the HelloBonnie Wallet, our app for employees, directly on our website.

Currently, the HelloBonnie Wallet is web-based, so it can be conveniently used both on smartphones and via a traditional internet browser. Therefore, you won’t find an app in the Apple or Google app stores at the moment.

Yes, after registration you will immediately receive the smartcard as a virtual card in your HelloBonnie Wallet and you can also easily integrate it directly into Apple Pay and Google Pay.

To do this, simply select our partner bank Swan in your Apple or Google Wallet and enter your HelloBonnie card details.

Yes, that is possible. As long as you have allocated your credit to a Benefit Space, you can also save it over several months - without a maximum limit.
