Namox is a marketing agency from Dresden that is setting new standards in Amazon performance. Founded in 2017 by Marco Podavka and Moritz Reich - an idea that was born during a relaxed barbecue evening - the team started with 10 existing customers and developed rapidly. As early as 2019, Namox became Namox GmbH, new talent was brought on board and the foundation was laid for the next growth spurt. With its own brands on Amazon, optimized internal processes with the help of OKRs and steady growth in e-commerce, Namox reached another milestone in 2024 - with new consulting programs and the first workation abroad. Today, the team has around 15 dedicated employees who combine creative thinking with data-driven strategies to help customers make progress in the highly competitive online market.

Standard benefit solutions are no longer enough

Namox used to rely on traditional benefits. Recreational allowances and inflation bonuses were paid out selectively, often in the form of Edeka vouchers, which were distributed manually by the management assistant. This approach was time consuming and left little room for customization. In a growing, diverse team that not only wanted to reward good performance but also benefit from tax- and social security-free salary optimization, it became clear that a flexible, customizable solution was needed that really suited everyone.

With HelloBonnie, Namox received exactly that: a smart card with which the Benefit budget can be saved and used individually. The solution not only impressed with its minimal administrative effort, as the management assistant managed the whole thing easily via the HelloBonnie dashboard, but also made it possible to personalize the benefits. Smartcard launch: modern benefit management is this easy

The introduction of the HelloBonnie smartcard in Dresden went smoothly and personally. The Namox team was warmly welcomed at a friendly onboarding event in a modern office with an impressive view over the River Elbe; slippers immediately made them feel at home. Thanks to intensive coordination between management and assistance, the start was implemented effortlessly. Today, almost every employee uses the smartcard, and the benefit budget is adjusted individually each month - entirely according to their own needs.

More than just numbers - real added value that inspires

The results speak for themselves: with a monthly benefit in kind of €50, Namox provides an annual benefit budget and saves around €12,000 in non-wage labor costs per year, a clear financial advantage in terms of payroll tax. The flexible solution not only reduces the administrative burden, but also ensures satisfied and motivated team members.

New benefits and looking to the future together

The collaboration with HelloBonnie has been a complete success for Namox. The flexible benefit solution fits the team's individual needs perfectly, whether it's for REWE shopping, a public transport season ticket or a cappuccino at their favorite café. Employees can reorganize their credit every month: One month regionally in the supermarket, another month online for concert tickets. This flexible offer not only promotes employee satisfaction, but also strengthens the employer brand in the long term.
