How do I pay existing subscriptions?

It’s important to distinguish between subscriptions paid by direct debit and those paid by card:

• Direct Debit: Subscriptions paid via direct debit unfortunately cannot currently be paid with the HelloBonnie Smartcard (see also Can I buy the Deutschland Ticket with the Smartcard?).
• Card Payment: Subscriptions paid by card (specifically Mastercard) can be easily paid with the HelloBonnie Smartcard. Simply add it as your payment method – and you're good to go!
