What happens to my credit balance in the event of a refund?

If you have paid with the HelloBonnie Smartcard and return your product, you will receive a refund on the HelloBonnie Smartcard from the respective retailer. This refund will be returned to your corresponding Benefit Space (Regional or Brand Spaces) for the respective transaction. For tax reasons, the credit remains earmarked and cannot be freely distributed again after the refund.
