How do I use my credits?
You can use your balance in Regional Spaces (e.g., at cafés or when shopping) and in Brand Spaces (e.g., for your gym membership).
First, open the HelloBonnie Wallet (where you can view your card details). Then, choose your benefit:
- For Regional Spaces, go to Show Benefits > Add Region and enter your postal code. Allocate your desired amount to this region. Now you can pay at any terminal that accepts Mastercard – using either your physical card or your digital wallet.
- For Brand Spaces, go to Show Benefits > Brand Spaces, select your favorite brands, and allocate your balance to where you can pay online with a Mastercard.
Important!
Once you have allocated your monthly benefit balance to a region or a brand, this cannot be undone. Due to tax regulations, the so-called "purpose allocation" for your monthly budget cannot be reversed.
