What happens to the benefit balance when employees leave the company?
If an employee leaves the company, the account must be deactivated in the dashboard. Upon deactivation, the person loses access to the HelloBonnie Wallet and thus the ability to use the remaining credit.
The company can decide for itself when the account is deactivated. We recommend giving employees a period of 2-4 weeks to use up the remaining credit. Unused amounts are automatically transferred back to the company account after deactivation.
