What happens to the Benefit balance in the event of HelloBonnie's insolvency?

HelloBonnie Technologies GmbH is the software provider and distributor of HelloBonnie Smartcards, which are issued by Swan SAS (e-money institution based in France). Swan is subject to all regulatory obligations that apply to institutions that meet the criteria of Article L. 314-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code (2°, 3° and 5°) in France or Section 39 (1) sentence 1 of the Payment Services Supervision Act.

In the event of HelloBonnie's insolvency, all balances on the settlement accounts and the HelloBonnie Smartcards are secured by Swan SAS, under the usual conditions of the European deposit guarantee (i.e. up to €100,000). Withdrawal of funds is possible at any time by bank transfer to Swan SAS.
