How do I pay the software fees for using HelloBonnie?
At the beginning of each month, we send an invoice to your company for the use of HelloBonnie in the previous month. You can pay this either via bank transfer or SEPA direct debit.
With SEPA direct debit, you only need to enter your bank details once – the amount will then be automatically debited each month.
Attention!
The account you use to transfer software fees is different from the account where you deposit the benefit balance for your employees.
