How do I top up my employees' benefit budget?

To top up your employees' benefit budget, two steps are required:

  1. Top-up: First, top up your company's benefit clearing account. You can find the required IBAN in the HelloBonnie dashboard under Top up balance. Transfer the desired amount to this account. This process takes 1–2 business days.
    Important: The clearing account at HelloBonnie belongs to your company. Therefore, please enter your company name as the payment recipient.
  2. Distribute: In the HelloBonnie dashboard, go to Distribute balance to select the type of benefit, amount, and recipients. Once set up, you can distribute the benefit balance with just a few clicks. This happens in real time.

Attention!

The account used for software fee payments is different from the account where you deposit the benefit balance for your employees (clearing account).
