How can I unblock the smartcard if I have entered the PIN incorrectly?

Important!

You can reactivate your physical card at the earliest 24 hours after it has been blocked.

If you want to unlock your HelloBonnie card after entering the wrong PIN several times, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit https://partner.banking.swan.io/ on your mobile phone or computer
  2. Log in with the phone number you have linked to HelloBonnie
  3. Click on the “Physical Card” tab
  4. Click on “Unlock” and verify your identity via SMS

Warning!

Please note that after successfully activating your card, you must reactivate it in your HelloBonnie Wallet.
