If you choose a brand, you can use your budget in that brand's online shop as well as in stores throughout Germany.
If you choose a region, you can use your smart card at all Mastercard card readers in that region, regardless of brand.
The smartcard can be used at any card reader where Mastercard is accepted. Its use is not restricted to a merchant network. The only important thing is that the card reader is located within your selected region.
The budget is distributed in real time so that your card can be used immediately.
